Job Description
- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites etc.
- Cold calls to suitable candidates.
- Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
- Coordinating the interview at the client site.
- Using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- are available for full time (in-office) internship.
- can start the internship between 5th to 10th Dec'16
- are available for duration of 3 months (preferred, not mandatory).
- are from Bangalore.
- are pursuing any degree but have relevant skills and interest.
- are currently in any year of study or are recent graduates.
- MS-Office and MS-Excel
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
- Hiring Graduates / Post Graduates with excellent communication skills and logical ability.
- Hiring Fresher/Experience both ( Recruitment experience will be an added advantage).
- Should be comfortable working 6 days a week and with target based role.
