- Promote & handle Recruitment /Staffing Services in the region
- Key Account Management by handling 'End-to-End' recruitment
- Understand the requirements of the position based on
- client assignment briefings.
- Sourcing via various recruitment sources like head
- hunt, network etc and conduct an initial screening of resumes
- to check for candidate-position match based on work
- experience, qualifications etc.
- Conduct telephonic interviews (telephonic/ personal) to access
- candidates for job match
- Ensure closure of positions within target hire date
- through rigorous follow-ups and coordination
- Stipend will be provided for the first Six months, Performers will be absorbed
- Good in English, Kannada, Hindi Speaking
- Eager to work hard
- Any Qualification
- Any Age limit
