Presently we are in need of HR intern for our company and who shall perform the following activity and get hands on experience in the Human resources recruitment process.

Key Work Activities to include 

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
  
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  
• Review and understand technical job requirements
  
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  
• Format resumes meeting client expectations
  
• Research new technologies
  
• Create detailed job descriptions
  
• Follow up with candidates
  
• Ability to build strong relationships
  
• Ability to learn technical information
  
• Self-confidence and self-starter
  
• Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  

Skills Required

• Recruitment planning, coordination and execution
  
• Searching and identifying potential candidates from portals.
  
• Scheduling and Managing candidates for interview, follow up process before and after the interview
  
• Handle all type of Office work including Vendor Management and Candidate Management
  
• Ability to source right candidates for desired job role defined by a client
• Internship Rewards – A certificate of experience and excellence will be provided in addition with real hands on work experience in the field of Human Resources from Tummyfill Consulting Pvt Ltd.
  
• Duration of Internship is upto 6 months.
