We are in search of HR Intern.
-Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
-Conducting Telephonic Interviews and Hiring Best Talent.
-Following The Per Day Dialing Matrix for Interview Calls.
-Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
-Lead employment branding initiatives.
-Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
-Assist in employee retention and development
-Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
