Job Description
Job Summary:
- To contribute to business profitability through the sale of permanent staff to clients, and the provision of a high-quality recruitment service to all clients and candidates through Morpheus quality process.
- You will be responsible for the accurate and thorough profiling of candidates to meet clients’ needs.
- Key Result Areas
- Candidate Management
- Assess and screen Candidates
- Use Candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
- Headhunting - Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work;
- Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
- Counseling and coaching candidates for interview
- Help in negotiating offer
- Handhold the candidate pre & post his joining.
- Updating the software with the candidate database.
- Database Management
- Maintain and update candidate database on Talent Now
- Our ideal candidate would have relevant academic in HR
- Able to work well independently and willingness to learn;
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
