Job Description
- Handling HR MIS: Updating internal databases with new & existing employee information like contact details, work experience, education qualification and work location.
- Training & Development: Assist in planning & coordinating various training within company, coordinate with trainers & training participants and prepare training feedback analysis.
- Interaction with Management team to understand their concern for training.
- Assist in on-boarding activities for employees.
- Good Analytical skills will be an added advantage. It will be an on the job learning of training modules.
