Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our expanding team.
Role Overview:
The HR Intern will assist the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
• Post job openings on Naukri, Internshala, and LinkedIn.
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers.
2. HR Operations
• Assist in employee onboarding (offer letters, induction).
• Maintain employee files and HR records (attendance, leave).
• Help with payroll coordination (attendance/overtime data).
3. Employee Engagement
• Support in organizing internal events, feedback surveys, and communication.
• Draft HR emails, notices, and memos as needed.
4. Learning & Development
• Learn HR processes, tools (Excel, HR software)
Training Coordination

Assist in scheduling internal or external training sessions and workshops.

Help maintain training attendance records, feedback forms, and certificates of completion.
Material Preparation
-
Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and handouts.
