Job Brief

We are looking for an HR intern to work with us for a period of 3 months. During the human resources internships with us, you will be collaborating with different sectors to run the HR operations smoothly. You will also help HR associates and managers in screening and recruiting new employees. You will get hands-on experience in the HR domain and will know how to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit team members for various positions within the organization.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist potential

• Attend a daily 1-hour training session to enhance recruitment and HR skills.

• Learn effective interviewing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.

• Provide regular updates on the progress of recruitment activities.

• Submit daily reports on the recruitment process and candidate status.

• Collaborate with the HR team to understand organizational needs and requirements.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing recruitment efforts.

• Responsibilities to do HR and recruitment practices.

• Exposure to real-world recruitment challenges and strategies.

• Opportunity to develop skills in talent acquisition and team building.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in MS office.

Benefits:

• The duration of the internship will be 3 months.

• Working Hours: 6 hours daily.

• Stipend: Rs. 5000/- on completion of the internship
  

• A certificate of completion will be provided.

• Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance
