Job Description
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in recruitment events like career fairs.
- Administrative Support:
- Update HR databases and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
- Help with administrative tasks like filing documents and managing correspondence.
Onboarding and Documentation:

Assist in preparing offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding documentation for new hires.

Coordinate induction schedules and support orientation sessions for new employees.

Collect and verify new hire documents (ID proof, address proof, educational certificates, etc.).

Help set up email accounts, ID cards, and system access with the IT or admin team for new joiners.
HR Operations:
-
Support in maintaining employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and updating employee data regularly.

Help organize employee files—both digital and physical—and ensure confidentiality.

Track probation periods, contract renewals, and documentation expirations.
Employee Engagement and Communication:

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and wellness programs.

Conduct employee surveys and collect feedback for improving workplace satisfaction.

Prepare internal communications such as emailers, newsletters, or notice board updates.
Learning and Development (L&D):

Help coordinate training programs, including scheduling sessions, inviting participants, and tracking attendance.

Collect and organize training feedback, prepare reports, and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.

Maintain records of employee training history and certifications.
Compliance and Policy Support:

Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws by helping in audits and documentation.

Support in updating company policies, employee handbooks, and HR manuals.

Help with paperwork and filing for employee benefits, such as health insurance or provident fund.
General Administrative Support:

Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and spreadsheets as requested by the HR team.

Take notes during HR meetings and assist in follow-up tasks.

Respond to employee queries related to HR procedures, either directly or by routing to the right HR contact.
