Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Intern to support the Recruitment and Talent initiatives for our Technology & Engineering teams.
This role offers an opportunity to learn how HR enables fast-paced tech environments through strategic talent engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for tech roles — sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience.

Support onboarding and induction for new joiners in the IT vertical.

Maintain and update HR dashboards, reports, and databases.

Coordinate employee engagement and learning initiatives.

Partner with HRBPs on day-to-day operational and project-based HR activities.

MBA/PGDM students specializing in Human Resources (or recent HR graduates).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in HR operations, recruitment, and people analytics.

Quick learner with curiosity to explore how HR drives tech success.

Immediate availability preferred.

Hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a leading financial-tech organization.

Mentorship from senior HR professionals.

Real-world experience in managing HR for tech teams.

Certificate & Letter of Recommendation on successful completion.
