Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Belagavi
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Stipend: Based on Interview
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various functions of Human Resources. This internship will help you develop skills and understanding of HR operations in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Support onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Help in drafting HR letters, emails, and other official communication.
Assist with daily administrative HR tasks.
Support in employee engagement activities and internal events.
Coordinate training sessions and feedback collection.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
