Job Description

Job Summary

Star Sea Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, document submission, and joining formalities.
Schedule interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Prepare and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding recruitment requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates.
Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and reports.
Support the HR team in day-to-day activities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates pursuing their degree are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.
Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
