Position: HR Intern
Duration: 3 months
Location: Chennai, TNagar
Stipend: Up to Rs: 5000

NOTE: Must have access to own laptop for work purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing HR activities.
• Identify candidates' requirements for suitable job roles.
• Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage job requirements, screen candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding and joining processes for new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine appropriate salary packages for candidates.
• Conduct salary negotiations with candidates to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must have access to own laptop for work purposes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
