About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
2. Schedule and conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
3. Manage employee files and maintain HR records.
4. Prepare and distribute salary slips to employees.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist in the
recruitment process.
6. Manage the company's profile on social media platforms, including LinkedIn,
Facebook, and Instagram.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
