About the internship:
Glitter Technology Ventures are providing a 6 - Month Internship in the Human Resource Executive. Our mission is to mentor and guide you in this learning process. We have designed the curriculum to be more hands- in Human Resource so that you can gain real experience. Our goal is to make you and prepare you for the job market.
Human Resource Internship is designed to introduce students to the ideas that they can create a place for themselves in today's market reality. While examining current trends and issues in today's workplace, the student is challenged to explore their career interests in HR in IT industries.
What will you learn:
- Recruitment/New Hire Process.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Record Maintenance
- Daily job duties and responsibilities of today’s HR assistants.
- Tools and Software used to HR work management.
What we are looking for:
- Candidate should have good communication skill, learning ability, positive attitude, etc.
- The candidate is willing to make a career in Recruitment Industry.
- Candidate should be Pursuing MBA.
- Have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2018.
