We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR IT Recruiter to join our human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals to meet the growing needs of our organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth hiring process for IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates for various IT roles, including developers, engineers, system administrators, analysts, and other technical positions.
- Job Postings & Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards, LinkedIn, company websites, and other sourcing platforms to attract top IT talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings through phone or video interviews. Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with IT department managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team needs for each role.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by being transparent, supportive, and responsive.
- Technical Assessments: Collaborate with the technical team or use online technical assessment tools to evaluate candidates' technical skills before proceeding to the next stage of recruitment.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers to candidates, including negotiating salary and benefits. Ensure a smooth offer acceptance process and onboarding coordination.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the IT industry and use insights to target the best talent. Understand market compensation trends to offer competitive salaries.
- Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process by ensuring necessary documentation and pre-employment procedures are completed on time.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals, both passive and active, to create a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Provide insights to improve the recruiting process.
