- Managing the end to end recruitment process, understanding the job
description and finding the right candidate as per the
mandate,networking with candidates, using various recruitment tools to
connect with the pool of talents, working towards set targets, making
job descriptions as per the clients requirements, shortlisting
candidates and arranging meetings with the clients, giving right
information to both candidate and clients.
- Assisting the candidate at
each point, working towards the achievement of set target.
- Salary: INR 1,20,000 - 2,20,000 P.A. incentives as per company policy
