HR Manager/Executive Assistant 

Job Description

• Managing end to end recruitment, sourcing and managing vendor relations
• Maintaining decorum and discipline in the workplace.
• Payroll, Attendance and Database Management for employees.
• employee issues proactively
• Roll out of employee orientation, development and training programs
• Calendar management - Maintain Management agenda, Screen calls. Etc
• Sending out meeting notice and follow ups & Record meeting minutes
• Creating presentations/MIS Reports 
•  Administration responsibility 
• Handle Director’s correspondence & documents 
• Make travel arrangements
• Monitor office supplies & manage vendors

Skills & Expertise

• Minimum Bachelor's degree - MBA in HR preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as an HR or Personal Assistant will be preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in excel and powerpoint
• High proficiency in written and spoken English 
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
• Multi-tasking and good time management and skills
• Ability to actively listen to and connect with individuals at every level of the organization
