Job Description
- Managing end to end recruitment, sourcing and managing vendor relations
- Maintaining decorum and discipline in the workplace.
- Payroll, Attendance and Database Management for employees.
- employee issues proactively
- Roll out of employee orientation, development and training programs
- Calendar management - Maintain Management agenda, Screen calls. Etc
- Sending out meeting notice and follow ups & Record meeting minutes
- Creating presentations/MIS Reports
- Administration responsibility
- Handle Director’s correspondence & documents
- Make travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies & manage vendors
Skills & Expertise
- Minimum Bachelor's degree - MBA in HR preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR or Personal Assistant will be preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in excel and powerpoint
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
- Multi-tasking and good time management and skills
- Ability to actively listen to and connect with individuals at every level of the organization
