HR Manager
- End-to-end recruitment - Screen resumes and prospects, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Employees data management
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Compliance Data Management and payroll process (PF, ESIC, PT,
etc)
- Joining & Exit Formalities of employee
- Will be
responsible for maintaining data for Appraisals
- Will make sure to implement HR related policies in their
workplaces.
- MIS related to HR Activities at their locations.
