Job Description
We are looking to hire a HR Manger for our Chennai location. You will have the opportunity to help setup and manage HR policies and procedures for our startup.

Responsibilities:
- Define and implement employee policies for on new employee onboarding, compensation, benefits, leave and attendance, payroll and exit process.
- Hands-on experience managing compensation and payroll is required.
- Define and implement employee performance evaluation and review process.
- Implement programs for employee engagement and motivation.
- work with in-house recruiter and outside recruiting firms for talent acquisition.
- Have an expert level knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate with benefits administration companies to setup and manage employee benefits and perks.
- Setup and administer the HCMS system for performing all of the above job functions.
- Should be enthusiastic towards working in a startup environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters in any discipline with relevant experience.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exhibit strong personal efficiency and time management skills.
- Strong conflict management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with ZOHO People HCMS a plus.
