Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and overseeing the onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
Training and Development:
Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and ensuring employees have the skills they need.
Policy Implementation:
Creating and enforcing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
Compliance:
Ensuring the organization complies with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
HR Strategy:
Contributing to the development and implementation of the overall HR strategy.
Reporting:
Preparing reports on HR metrics and trends, providing insights to management.
Employee Engagement:
Promoting employee engagement and motivation.
Skills and Qualifications:
