Job Overview: We are currently seeking an HR and Marketing Executive with excellent communication skills and a UK accent. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR and marketing functions, ensuring effective communication with our clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. Your role will play a critical part in maintaining our reputation as a trusted healthcare staffing agency in the UK.
Responsibilities:
HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for healthcare professionals, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, recognition programs, and surveys.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare staffing services.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and social media posts.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Act as a liaison between the HR and marketing departments, fostering effective collaboration and information exchange.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Manage HR and marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Assist in budget monitoring and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a UK accent (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in HR and marketing roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and employment regulations.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and marketing software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
