Job Description

 
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
2. Update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity
3. Collaborate with the People Operations team to optimize people operations systems and processes
4. Assist in implementing HRIS enhancements or system upgrades
5. Assist in creating regular people operations reports and dashboards for management
6. Support the implementation of people operations policies and practices throughout the organization
7. Support the design and creation of visual content for internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Graphic design skills and proficiency in creative software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) are highly desirable
