Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy: Designing, implementing, and managing training programs for all levels, from onboarding to senior leadership development.
Needs Analysis: Identifying skill gaps through Training Need Analysis (TNA) to deliver targeted development.
Talent Development: Creating career paths, leadership pipelines, and succession plans.
Performance Improvement: Using L&D to address performance issues and boost productivity.
Employee Engagement: Fostering a culture of continuous learning to increase satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration: Working with HR and business leaders to ensure L&D initiatives support overall organizational strategy.
