Function/Business Area: IT & Systems

Qualifications & Education Requirements: Top schools (IITs NITs) are preferred, but all genuinely good candidates welcome

Education Requirement: B.E/ B.Tech (Any discipline)

Experience Requirement: 1-6 years experience

He/she should be able to work in a team environment and should be able to communicate effectively.

IT is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, information and data related services to Reliance#s businesses and functions.

An IT incumbent is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of business technology, information and related services to Reliance#s businesses
He/she will be expected to be a part of IT function#s transformational journey in moving towards a function that systematically enables business objectives, and drives the identification and adoption of game-changing, value-adding technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design portal-style UI framework, modular and its API interfaces.
Design intuitive look, innovative plus feel of next-generation UI.
Collaborate with clients, product management as well as UI team
Design entire technical architecture of UI portal framework along with pluggable modules.
Perform closely with customers, product management, graphic designers plus usability experts to present compelling user experience.
Design to wide organization using strategic relationships, presentations and influence.
Head development inclusive to agile team to execute key User Interface aspects.
Collect requirements for user interface research.
Recommend processes, services, software and other tools to support business objectives pertinent to user interfaces as well as infrastructure technologies.
Ensure to understand needs as well as disparate technologies existing in use through engage platform plus drive towards convergence.
Ensure to guide process and technology adoption to assure apt QA testing of User Interfaces application.
Contribute to enhance design process.
Plan and execute usability evaluation along with testing across UI development stages

Preferred Skills:

Must have experience in HTML5 (Semantics, From Elements etc.), CSS3 (SASS, LESS, ), some of the JavaScript, Frameworks (AngularJS, Backbone, Polymer etc.), UI Integration with Implementation Environment
Very good understanding of design patterns, UI Architecture frameworks is a must.
Understanding of usability concerns and experience in delivering standard compliant (W3C, HTML5) and accessible (WAI-ARIA, WCAG, 508) web applications
Must have experience in Front-end Architecture, Technology Strategy, Content Strategy, Data Formats (JSON, XML etc.), Code Modularization, Process Enhancement, Documentation (HLD, LLD etc.), UI Testing strategies
A portfolio of UI development.
Ability to take ownership on a project and lead teams technically towards deliverables
Deep knowledge of JQUERY,AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST and associated frameworks
Strong proven experience in developing Web applications, Designing complete application Architecture with end points.
Experience in Responsive Web Design (RWD) and Single Page Applications (SPA), Experience working with JavaScript libraries such as AngularJS, Bootstrap, Node.js, jQuery, Prototype.
Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Knowledge in Design Patterns and Rest APIs
Participate in the front-end web-development project life-cycle from pitch/prototyping through definition and design to build.
