Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn about recruitment and human resources management.
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.

Employee Records & Documentation:
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Support in updating employee files and documentation.

Training & Development:
- Help with organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Support in tracking employee progress and training participation.

HR Administration:
- Assist with preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
- Help with employee benefits administration and answering general HR-related queries.

Employee Engagement:
- Assist with organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Help in gathering employee feedback through surveys and engagement tools.

Other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
