We are hiring Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist to work with CHIPSOL CONSULTANTS
- Experience: 0-1yrs
- No. of openings: 2
- Notice period: Should be able to join in 2 weeks’ time.
- Work location: BTM, Bangalore
- Salary: 10K-12K + Excellent Incentives for each recruitment.
- End To End Recruitment of Leading Product & Service Global MNCs
- Experience working for Semiconductor/Embedded/Software requirements
- Experience on sourcing tools such as Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, Google search etc.
- Understand complete requirement/recruitment cycle.
- Screening & shortlisting candidate profile as per the requirement.
- Coordinate with the shortlisted candidate for Interview schedule.
- Negotiating offers and following up with candidates to joining and closure.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skill
- Aggressive Go Getting individual who is self motivated.
- High on energy and able to meet deadlines on time.
- Should be a Professional, punctual, ambitious and work oriented independent individual.
- Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition
- Should be good in Excel and maintaining reports and data.
