- Responsible for sourcing candidates from Portals, head-hunting, social media, Online tech groups etc,. in a specific technology area
- Form relationships and generate profiles to meet set targets
- 0-1 Years of experience in Staffing from a Consulting/agency sideGood communication - oral and written
- Drive and self-motivation to achieve assigned targets
- Good learnability, ability to research and understand the business process and ability to form good relationships with candidates
