Job Description
- Understanding and discussing on the open requirements with Managers.
- Sourcing profiles from various job portals, networking sites and references.
- Screening and short listing the resumes as per the requirement.
- Evaluation and discussion with the candidate over the telephone the job role.
- Salary negotiations and interview scheduling with the candidates
- Updating the Status Trackers and following up candidates for feedback.
- Using portals such as Naukri & Monster
- Headhunting via social media sites
- Headhunting for lateral designations.
- Handling complete recruitment cycle.
- Conducting Interview Drives & Lining up candidates.
- Coordinating with candidates throughout the process of pre-joining & post joining.
- Maintain database of candidates.
