Designation: HR Recruiter (Fresher’s & Experienced both can apply)
Job Location: Bhubaneswar
Job profile -
- Responsible for complete recruitment activities .
- Sourcing profiles from various sources
- Screening and short listing candidate's resumes as per requirements and specifications.
- Short listing the matching profiles as per criteria and forwarding them to Interview client.
- Qualifying candidates to identify a match between their aspirations, organizational goals and current business need.
- Managing relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on-boarding.
- Responsible for maintaining the MIS for candidate database, requirement list, weekly and monthly report, Employee Referral Reports.
- Ensured the smooth execution of the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.
