Designation: HR Recruiter (Fresher’s & Experienced both can apply)

Job Location: Bhubaneswar

Job profile -

Responsible for complete recruitment activities .
Sourcing profiles from various sources
Screening and short listing candidate's resumes as per requirements and specifications.
Short listing the matching profiles as per criteria and forwarding them to Interview client.
Qualifying candidates to identify a match between their aspirations, organizational goals and current business need.
Managing relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on-boarding.
Responsible for maintaining the MIS for candidate database, requirement list, weekly and monthly report, Employee Referral Reports.
Ensured the smooth execution of the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.
