Executing quality end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that business centers are adequately staffed.
Identifying candidates through social media, Job portals, referrals, and other sources.
Conduct HR round, screen best suitable candidate, and line up further interview rounds with management.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
Staying current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
