Eligibility Criteria:
  • Any Graduate with 6 months to 5 Years Experience in Recruitment, with relevant domain knowledge in Pharma, F&A, Banking, Investment Banking, Trade Finance, Health Care. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Meeting the daily schedule numbers as per the target set.
  • Meeting revenue targets.
  • Source and screen candidates through various sourcing techniques which include Portals, own database, referrals, own network of contacts, and Internet sourcing channels like LinkedIn & other classifieds.
  • Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization, benefits and other intangibles of the client.
  • Follow up with candidates from Schedule to Joining.
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Maintaining systematic database of all candidates.
Skills Required:-
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Convincing Skills.
  • Rapport Building skills.
  • Interviewing skills.
  • People understanding skills.
  • Should be skilled at Sourcing profiles across requirements
  • Positions to be worked on:-
  • SME to Manager Positions
  • Domain Based hiring
KRA for a Consultant:-
  • Reaching the pre-defined targets for Revenue Generation.
  • Handling the complete recruitment process starting from job posting, sourcing, phone interviewing, regular communication with candidates, Follow up before and after joining. 
  • Update the progress on requirements allocated on a regular basis, communicate early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the candidates to the Team Lead/Client Manager.
  • 15 DAYS/immediate joiners are preferred.
  • References are welcome.
