- Designation: HR Recruiter.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher OR Any Graduate with 6 months to 5+ Years of Experience in Recruitment,with relevant domain knowledge NON-IT DOMAIN ( Pharma, F&A, Banking, Investment Banking, Trade Finance, Health Care)
- Salary : Best in the industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting the daily schedule numbers as per the target set.
- Meeting revenue targets.
- Source and screen candidates through various sourcing techniques which include Portals, own database, referrals, own network of contacts, and Internet sourcing channels like LinkedIn & other classifieds.
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization, benefits and other intangibles of the client.
- Follow up with candidates from Schedule to Joining.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Maintaining systematic database of all candidates.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Convincing Skills.
- Rapport Building skills.
- Interviewing skills.
- People understanding skills.
- Should be skilled at Sourcing profiles across requirements
