Job Description
- Responsible for complete End-to-End Recruitment Cycle for Mandates received from Clients and for In-House requirements; including Sourcing, Selection, Interview, Recruitment, Orientation & Induction
- Sourcing of candidates through Job Portals, Social Networking Sites (Linkedin, Facebook etc.), Headhunting, In-house database, Referrals & Advertisements.
- Coordinating & Day-to-Day Interactions, Interviews, Negotiations, Follow-up with the Clients & Candidates.
- Coordination with the Clients.
- Reporting & maintaining records of Targets, MIS, Database, Mandates received from Clients, Profiles sent etc.
- Ensure Quality Delivery of Output to the Clients while working within Deadlines.
- Perform Reference Checks on candidates.
