Job Description

Sourcing & approaching candidates from portals/social sites/referencing/hunting .
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the position.
Understanding the JD & to approach right candidate as per the client requirement.
To attend conference call/Internal meeting for clear understanding of JD.
Updating & maintaining the database .
Mapping/Hunting/Referencing/Negotiation for critical positions.
To participate in various trainings to learn the various techniques to become industry expert.
Coordination with candidates/clients to ensure closure of the positions.
