Job Description
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a Must
- Strong decision making skills
- Working for the IT Product Clients is a Plus
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, Portals, Head Hunting, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the management
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Proven IT Recruiting experience is a plus
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Only Graduates/ Post Graduates can apply for this post.
- Compensation: Shouldn’t be a constraint if we find the right personal.
- Note: Candidates who can join us immediately or with < 30 days of notice period are preferred.
- Telephonic: 1 to 2 rounds
- F2F: 2 to 3 rounds
