· Quick turnaround of quality resumes within the specified time limits and identifying the “right candidate”.
· Telephonic HR screening of the candidates as per the given Job Description.
· Provide timely feedback to the candidates and build strong rapport with the candidate
· Post selection Follow up with offered candidates till they join
