Job Description
We have urgent opening for 'HR Executive - Recruitment'
- Education -- Only MBA HR / PGDBM HR / MPM freshers from 2015-17 batch ( Regular full time course )
- Age -- 22 to 24 years
- Gender -- Male / Female
- Number of Vacancies -- 10
- Salary -- 1.6 2 LPA. + Quarterly Incentive + Yearly Bonus + Every 3 months appraisal
- For experienced candidates salary is not constraint.(salary depends upon rellevant experience)
- Job Location -- HR REMEDY INDIA, Aundh / Baner
- NOTE -- Performer can earn more than 10K - 15k as Incentive apart from basic salary
- Working on job portals to get relevant candidates
- Have to make more than 70 calls per day to candidates for screening of profile
- Have to work for Bulk requirement in life insurance sector
- Its completely Target based work
- 10 days training will be provided to freshers
- Candidate should be MBA HR / MPM / PGDBM HR from 2015-2017 batch only
- Candidate should have good communication skill , learning ability , positive attitude , etc
- Candidate should be staying near by Aundh / Baner or ready to relocate
- Candidate is willing to make carrier in Recruitment Industry
