Job Description:-

Work with internal management teams to understand their current and future hiring needs and job specifications.
Developing job descriptions/ work profiles for the vacancies.
Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as career page, social media, employee referrals, company databases, free websites, and job boards.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
Conducting telephonic interviews/initial screening and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers.
Taking continuous follow-up of candidates till joining.
Close the positions in the shortest span of time along with the right fit & salary negotiation.
Maintain a database of candidate records, resumes, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees.
Continuously partner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.
