Job Description

Recruitment:- 

  • Understand manpower requisition; draft job description & get it approved; source suitable candidates; Post vacancies on portals/LinkedIn; Deal with Recruitment consultants; conduct telephonic/personal interview for screening; Arrange & coordinate technical interview; Communicate employment status to applicants; Maintain updated candidates database

HR Functions:

  • Manpower planning of employees with shift wise.
  • Regular analysis of vacancy status of various departments.
  • Approaching & collecting resume from different sources like Email ID
  • consultants, the response of newspaper advertisements.
  • Resume Screening & sorting the potential candidates.
  • Responsible for scheduling & interviewing candidates, joining formalities.
  • Induction of new employees and monthly & EMS report.
  • Responsible for No dues, Full & Final settlement of left employees.
  • Time Office Function
Work Profile:
  • Understands the requirements of the clients
  • Daily basis Client co-ordination, understand burning requirements
  • Determines applicants requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Preparing the Job Description
  • Participated in all phases of the entire lifecycle of Recruitment from understanding Job requirement and screening them technically
  • Handling recruitment process & client relationship
  • Identifying the potential candidates through various Job portals like (Naukari, Monster etc), job postings, Telecalling and mass-mailing to the prospective candidates
  • Screening & short-listing of candidates profile according to client’s parameter
  • Creating the database of the candidate in MS Excel
  • Preparation of Tracker Sheets of the candidates
  • Mailing Profiles and Tracker Sheet to HR officials of the clients
  • Scheduling the interview with the respective clients
  • Communicating with candidates at all the stages (building relationships) - pre interview, post interview and post offer.
  • Follow up from the candidates
  • Cross checking of scheduled candidate and offer negotiation
  • Final Follow up of the candidates after getting placed
