Immediate requirement for HR Recruiter for Work from home
Freshers or Experience
Day Shift (Monday- Saturday)
Sunday Holiday
Language : English, Kannada & any local languages
Age : 18-40 yrs
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote our employer brand.
