RECRUITER – PLACEMENT EXECUTIVE
Location: Work From HomeSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + performance incentivesReports to: City Lead
ROLE PURPOSE
The Recruiter is responsible for converting sourced candidates into confirmed job placements through screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate ScreeningConduct structured candidate interviewsEvaluate candidate suitability for rolesEnsure candidates meet HR requirements before forwardingInterview CoordinationSchedule interviews with HRProvide candidates with interview preparation guidanceFollow up to ensure interview attendancePlacement ConversionMaintain communication with candidates until joiningManage candidate expectations throughout hiring processReduce candidate drop-offsPerformance Targets
MONTHLY TARGETS:
300+ interviews conductedNo-show rate below 10–15%
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong verbal communicationPersuasion and closing abilityOrganized follow-up processAbility to manage multiple candidates simultaneouslyIdeal Candidate Profile1–3 years recruitment / sales Comfortable working in target-driven environmentSelf-disciplined for WFH structure
