Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. 
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and fostering positive working relationships. 
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations. 
  • Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees. 
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering employee compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Strategic Planning: Partnering with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals. 
  • Policy Development: Creating and updating HR policies and procedures. 

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media recruitment.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to assess talent effectively and match them with business needs.

  • High organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure hiring situations.
