We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented MBA HR freshers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client hiring requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and HR Consulting and want to build a career in the recruitment industry.

• Understand and analyze client job requirements and prepare recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/online candidate screening.

• Assess candidates on skills, experience, communication, and job suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Negotiate/coordinate salary discussions and joining formalities where applicable.

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and MIS.

• Stay updated on hiring trends, market availability, and relevant talent pools.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Good understanding of basic HR and recruitment concepts.

• Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
