Job Description

Candidates must have 6+ month of experience into recruitment

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and requirements.
  • Sourcing & Attraction: Write job posts, use social media, databases, and networking to find qualified candidates (active & passive).
  • Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, assess skills, and manage candidate data in the ATS.
  • Interview Management: Coordinate interviews, provide guidance to candidates, and gather feedback.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate terms, handle paperwork, and facilitate a smooth pre-boarding.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report on recruitment effectiveness.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain communication and a positive journey for all applicants. 
Essential Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices. 
Typical Background
  • Often holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or HR.
