Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of job portals, and the ability to close positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Strategy

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to determine hiring needs and job requirements.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, career fairs, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. Job Posting and Advertising

  • Write clear, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions and post them on appropriate channels.

  • Ensure job advertisements are optimized for search engine visibility and tailored to attract suitable candidates.

  • Monitor job posting performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize reach and response rates.

3. Candidate Screening and Selection

  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

  • Conduct initial screening interviews via phone, video, or in-person to evaluate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Provide interview feedback and recommendations to hiring teams.

  • Facilitate pre-employment testing or assessments as required.

4. Candidate Experience and Communication

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing guidance, answering questions, and offering updates on application status.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidate-related inquiries.

5. Offer Management and Onboarding

  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.

  • Negotiate salary and other employment terms in alignment with company policies and market standards.

  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.

  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

6. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for HR leadership and hiring managers.

7. Employer Branding and Networking

  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding strategies.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

  • Build partnerships with universities, training centers, and professional organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.

8. Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.

  • Stay current on industry trends, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
