Location: Dubai, UAE (Initial 2 months in Bangalore - Indiranagar)

Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.
- Should have good technical knowledge.· Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.
- Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other· open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.
- Excellent sourcing skills.
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills and Hiring and Recruiting experience along with team handling
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
