Job Type: Full-Time (Remote / Work from Home)
Job Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven HR Recruiter / Telecaller to join our dynamic remote recruitment team. You will be responsible for connecting job-seekers with suitable opportunities, conducting telephonic interviews, explaining job roles, and scheduling interviews for multiple companies like Zepto, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, Paytm, HDFC, SBI, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
● Call and connect with job-seekers from the leads provided (100–150 leads daily).
● Explain suitable job roles based on their profile, preferences, and eligibility.
● Schedule interviews with various hiring companies.
● Follow up with candidates for joining and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process.
● Ensure closures and maintain daily target achievements.
● Maintain candidate details and status updates in internal CRM tools.
● Optionally manage and grow your team after successful individual performance.
Work Environment:
● 100% Work from Home
● Flexible working hours (6 days a week, with Saturday as half-day)
● Monthly 2 leaves + 2 additional self-care leaves for women
Training & Support:
● 7 Days recruiter process training (Free of Cost)
● 30 Days team management training for leadership track

Salary Structure:
Option 1: HR Recruiter
● ₹12,700/month (Fixed) Target: 15 candidate closures/month Partial salary also released if partial target achieved Incentives: ₹500–₹800 per additional closure
Option 2: Senior HR Recruiter
● ₹28,500/month (Fixed) Target: 30 closures/month Attractive incentives on additional closures
Additional Income Opportunities:
● Team Incentives: Earn from the performance of your managed team (up to 10 members)
● Referral Bonus: Earn when your referred recruiter joins and performs
● Long-Term Retention Bonus: Earn when old candidates are placed in new companies
Requirements:
● Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus)
● A personal Laptop/Desktop & Mobile Phone with internet connection
● Fresher/Experienced both can apply
● Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
● Comfortable with telecalling and CRM usage
