Hiring HR Recruiter (Executive)
Position: HR Recruiter (Executive)
Industry: Automotive Industry Manufacture
Experience: 4–7 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-hand)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter (Executive) to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and attract top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track recruitment activities.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- MIS reporting and data management
- Candidate sourcing and resume screening
- Talent Acquisition and End-to-End Recruitment
- Experience with Recruitment ATS & CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Working knowledge of major job portals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Compensation
- In-hand Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
· Job Timing: 09.00 am to 05.30 pm - General shift
· Sunday Week Off
