Job Description
The Job Description of profile is :-
- Resume search on Job Portals like Naukri portal and Linkedin.
- Telephonic calls to prospective candidates for conducting telephonic interviews.
- Achieving targets for individual verticals assigned to HR Recruiters.
- Coordinating with clients regarding Job Description and forwarding their resumes to the client for lining them.
- Maintain Recruitment Metrics on dashboard with monthly closing details.
- Perform admin related work as and when such an assignment comes up.
- Daily briefing and debriefing of each days targets before starting work and after closing work.
- Work Hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.
- Salary upto Rs 14 k per month(open for the best talent +Good Incentives).
- Reporting to one Team Lead who would be handling a team of HR Executives.
- 1ST, 3RD Saturday is working and 2nd and 4th Saturday is half day working.
